CODEBREAKERAUDIT
The bot that visited your website is ours
CodebreakerAudit belongs to CODEBREAKER S.R.L., a social enterprise based in Constanța, Romania. It visits public company websites and checks what any visitor can see: how fast they load, whether the security certificate is in order, and whether the pages required by law are in place.
These checks tell us where we might be useful, and sometimes we write to the company about what we noticed. If you would rather not be visited or contacted, we stop straight away — see below.
01
What it checks
Only public information that anyone opening the site can see: loading speed, the security certificate, the domain's public email settings, whether company details, a privacy policy and a cookie banner are present, and the contact details shown on the site.
02
What it does not do
It does not try to get into the site or its admin area, does not guess passwords or hidden addresses, does not submit forms and does not pretend to be an ordinary browser. It always identifies itself with the same name, shown below.
03
How often
It opens only a few pages (the home page, contact and legal pages), pauses a few seconds between them, and comes back to the same site at most once every few months. If a site blocks it, we accept that and do not try again.
04
What we keep
The results of the check and the company's public contact details. We use them only to write to you about what we found, and we never sell or pass them on. We delete them on request.
How to stop us
Email audit@codebreaker.ro with your domain name. We add it to our exclusion list — subdomains included — delete what we stored about it, and will neither visit nor contact you again. Replying “stop” to any email from us does the same.
Ask to be excludedHow it appears in your server logs
