What the site is for
This is a presentation site. It describes the services we offer and lets you get in touch. The information published is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer, a contractual commitment, or professional advice for a particular situation.
Any engagement is agreed separately, through a quote and a contract signed by both parties.
03
Acceptable use
Please do not use the site to:
- send unsolicited commercial messages, or illegal, offensive or misleading content through the contact form;
- attempt unauthorised access to the server, the data or any associated accounts;
- place an artificial load on the site through automated requests in high volume;
- systematically copy the content for commercial purposes without our written agreement.
We reserve the right to restrict access from sources that breach these rules.
04
Intellectual property
The content of the site — text, structure, graphic elements, source code and the Codebreaker mark — belongs to CODEBREAKER S.R.L. or is used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or modifying it without our written agreement is not permitted.
The emblem of the European Union, the logo of the Government of Romania and the logos of the funding programmes belong to the issuing institutions and are used in accordance with the applicable visual identity rules. See the funding page.
You may quote short extracts, citing the source and linking to the corresponding page.
05
The contact form
Sending a message does not create a contractual relationship and does not oblige us to provide any service. We normally reply within one working day.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter. Do not send us confidential information, sensitive data, passwords or documents through the form that you would not want to receive by email.
06
Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and the information correct and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or for security reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
